AAA - Glenwood Ave

Recently my 2006 F150 5.4 was diagnosed by another auto shop with a fuel injector failure on cylinder 5. Due to the age of the truck, that shop strongly reccommended replacing all 8 injectors which carries a hefty price point. So I called Triple AAA Glenwood. It was tough deciding to replace 1 or all 8 but Elizabeth and Vance were very knowledgeable, professional and patient in sharing the pros and cons of each option and the price quotes were really good. Ultimately I replaced 1 injector and the truck is running like a champ! Special thanks to Elizabeth and Vance at Triple AAA Glenwood!

Wonderful service. I’ve come here multiple times, including for an oil change, EGR valve replacement, and state inspection. The staff here have been very helpful. Malik particularly stands out as he has repeatedly helped me, but the other staff are great as well, and I have never had a bad experience. They are prompt with service, give clear explanations, are patient with questions, and are consistently reliable. They are fair, honest, competent, and polite. Notably, I had been worried about my car when the check engine light went on, and they were able to identify the problem (which was the EGR valve), explain it, and fix it. I highly recommend.

AAA Car Care Center on Glenwood was a great experience. My man Gary was at the front desk and was very patient with answering my car questions and not getting annoyed when I looked lost at what he asked. AAA was timely in getting my car done with the laundry list of things to do with it. Most importantly, they were fair in telling me what needed to be done immediately vs. what could wait. Instead of trying to tell me get everything done right now, they said there were a few things that could wait until later. Overall, they've given me trust to go to a non-dealership care center.

I recently had some work done by AAA Glenwood. The service advisor, Gary , was very knowledgeable and professional. This shop is where I have had all my car work done. I appreciate the estimate up front and advice. I drive a 2004 Camry. They have always taken good care of my car.

Eddie, the facility manager is very knowledgeable and professional. Work done on my car was completed in a timely manner and other issues were brought to my attention and review. Exceptionally clean shop, attentive employees, all around good experience.
