AAA Lawrenceville Car Care Insurance Travel Center

I came in looking for travel agent for a vacation for birthday. Dawn in Lawrenceville put together my package. I told her that following Monday I will pay. Monday came and I came in office she was not there at that time and I was told to reach out to her around 10. I call numerous times and left emails. She answered one email and never followed up. Her communication with customer sucks. She doesn’t answer her phone at all and she doesn’t reply to emails. Very unprofessional I had to find another agent and I was able to complete my trip with another company.

A great experience at this auto repair shop. You can not only get your vehicle serviced but also plan a trip, check car insurance information, and anything related to AAA, which is a lot ! The auto repair representative that helped me, Dave, was very professional and courteous. He also answered all questions with knowledgeable replies. Also, it was the cleanest auto repair garage that I ever saw ! 5 stars

I recently brought one of our family cars for service back to back and both times Khalil was so pleasant and got me in & out very quickly. The person working on the car, Max had been doing our oil changes tires etc for years and I’m glad he’s still here. He is trust worthy with servicing our vehicles.

Got brake pads and rotors replaced, and they left all these grease smudges all over. Very annoying !

Installed spark plugs in my car incorrectly, which caused a check engine light. This indicates inability to perform basic car repair services.
