I will definitely be back! Derek gave me great advice on tires and while the new tires were being done they noticed my brakes were very low getting ready too do damage to my brake rotors. No sale, no pressure, just good honest advice. I changed all the brakes at the same visit, it was done fast. Thank you so much for your honesty and hard work!
I brought my car in for new brakes and a tire rotation, and Derek who worked on my vehicle was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what was worn down, showed me the old brake pads, and broke down exactly what needed to be replaced and why. What I appreciated most was that he didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. He focused on what was actually needed to keep my car safe. The work was done efficiently, and my car feels noticeably smoother when braking now. It’s not easy to find a mechanic you can trust, but the one who worked on my car clearly cares about doing the job right. I’ll definitely be coming back.
I also want to give special recognition to Dunk, who worked on my car. He was fast, extremely kind, and very professional. He let me know right away that I had the wrong brakes, waited patiently for the correct parts to arrive, and completed the job quickly and effectively. His service made the entire experience stress-free. Dunk will definitely be my mechanic from now on. Great service all around highly recommend this location!

Mark from Metuchen back in December was a gentleman and a sweet heart. He took great care of me. Thank you for all you help! Mark did all he could to get my car fixed in one day <3. And all the boys in Lawrence, you guys were real honest and did all you could to help a girl out. I really appreciate the wonderful customer service at both locations.
