BEWARE! I’m extremely disappointed with the service experience at Polestar Princeton. My Polestar 3 has a major system fault that, after researching, I learned can make the vehicle unsafe to drive. Despite this, Shannon, the service manager, told me they could not even look at my vehicle for several days. When you purchase a $90,000 vehicle, you expect a level of urgency and customer care that matches the brand. That was absolutely not the case here. There was no effort to accommodate the situation, no sense of urgency, and no concern for the fact that this is a safety issue. In addition, Shannon was rude and not helpful throughout the interaction. I ended up calling Polestar’s corporate office, which was actually a fabulous experience. As a first-time electric vehicle buyer, I had a lot of questions, but Alessandro was incredibly patient, professional, and highly knowledgeable. It made a huge difference that he actually owns a Polestar himself—his real-world experience helped me feel confident in my decision. Yesterday, I had the most amazing experience! My wonderful husband and I visited the Polestar Princeton location and we had the delightful privilege of meeting Alessandro! His love and passion for the Polestar endeared him to us immediately and made our experience truly unique - and FUN! The Polestar Princeton location gave me Boutique vibes. The showroom was spotless and elegantly minimalist - the cars speak for themselves. The Polestar 3 AND 4 are, in a word, Phenomenal! And having Alessandro walk us through all the new features and old favorite features was fabulous and FUN! The Polestar Princeton location is a 1.5 to 2-hour drive for us, and Yes; it was worth every mile for that experience. Working with Alessandro at Polestar Princeton was a superb experience; he was incredibly detailed about the Polestar 4 and incredibly accommodating despite delayed delivery challenges. He expertly answered all my questions, and when a near perfect match to my order appeared in the showroom in December, Alessandro and his team quickly moved my reservation to it, getting me in the car months ahead of schedule.
