AAA Mount Laurel Car Care Insurance Travel Center

Went to AAA with 2 major car services and Tiffany, the manager, was phenomenal. She has been understanding of the price point and has even said she will keep one of our cars for us during the upcoming storm so that we can manage the price a little better. She has given us peace of mind while also providing excellent service.

I will never return to this location, nor any AAA Car Care Center. I had previously used the Marlton location without issue, but my experience at the Mount Laurel location was unacceptable. Following an oil change and an alleged tire rotation on 12/6/25 (which the clerk could not even confirm and instead stated “Well they didn’t tell me otherwise” when I asked to ensure it had been completed), the service was performed so negligently that nearly all of the oil subsequently leaked out of my vehicle. I drove very minimally on Sunday, however on Monday my engine began making alarming noises within the first mile of driving. By the grace of God I had a scheduled appointment at an auto body shop for some cosmetic work. I left (figuring I’d seek out a mechanic after the body work was complete)

Highly recommend this location. My husband and I purposely come out a bit farther from home for this location! Zack and Tiffany are always so helpful and friendly. They will absolutely make sure you’re good to go!

I have been a customer of the AAA Mount Laurel Car Care center for several years and am entirely pleased with their explanation of their findings and performance. The service desk is always manned with pleasant, efficient, and helpful employees. I intend on continuing my affiliation with this facility in Mount Laurel.

Friendly professional staff. Nice in store selection of travel necessities and more. Have not used AAA for insurance, travel agent or repair shop. Clearly visible from the street. Lots of parking. Handicap friendly parking and building.
