AAA - Pineville

My alternator went out on my truck. I called AAA and had it towed here. Fixed same day and kept me informed the whole way. Good people here highly recommend

Almost $200 just to be told what you already knew is ridiculous. Before any inspection, I told them the problem with my car starting was A) involving my brakes B) involving air They also had a problem with a previous appointment the day before, when I actually had more time for my car to be fixed. But they had to reschedule me an entirely different day. I was not even offered a dissatisfaction discount. After asking for multiple ways of compensation. I should have never approved that stupid car diagnostic. I was late for work and they told me that it would only take 2 hours, I brought my car in at 8:00 in the morning (WAY BEFORE MY SHIFT) and they tried to keep my car in there even longer. Brought my car in due to engine "having difficulty breathing" or a manifold gasket leak. Frankie Gonzale helped me get my car back to tip top "health" or running condition as before. My review isn't about the repair though. Frankie, the technicians and staff have the best attitude, professionalism and concern for their work and it shows in the quality of care they give to their customers. With attitudes the way they are today, especially with how we want our cars taken care of, it takes love of the job and patience with people to do great work. Five stars!

Be careful parking here. My car got keyed in this lot and cameras on my car show it was an employee of this place. I made a simple request to the manager to talk to the employee and call me afterward, which he never did. Not looking for money, Just trying to make sure others don’t suffer the same fate.

Had a great experience at AAA Pineville. The staff were very helpful, especially Frankie and Arles, who provided efficient and friendly service for my oil change and battery service. I appreciated their professionalism and that they took great care of my car.
