I recently stopped into the AAA office in King of Prussia to renew my membership, and I have to say the whole experience was simple, quick, and actually pretty enjoyable. Normally I dread errands like this, but walking into the office felt very relaxed. The staff greeted me right away with a friendly smile and asked how they could help. Within a few minutes, one of the representatives had me set up and was walking me through my renewal options in a clear and straightforward way. What I appreciated most was how patient they were. They didn’t rush through anything or push unnecessary add-ons, just explained the different levels and made sure I picked the right plan for my needs. I had a very frustrating experience with AAA and their service. I dropped my car off at 12:00 PM for an appointment scheduled at 3:00 PM. To give them extra time, I came back at 4:42 PM, expecting the car to be ready. To my surprise, the car was still not finished. On top of that, I was told it would take another hour. There was no prior update, no communication about the delay, and no respect for my time. What’s the point of scheduling an appointment if the work isn’t even close to being completed hours later? I'm never getting repairs done at a AAA again now that I know they only care about squeezing money out of you. My car broke down and had to have a bunch of stuff done (that cost a bunch of money) at the KOP location last Saturday including replacing expensive sensors, an oil change, and a coolant flush. Then we had a big snow storm so my car was buried under snow for the next couple days until I had to drive it to NJ Wednesday morning for work. The heat stops working, the check engine light comes on, and the ride starts feeling rough. Took it to the Marlton AAA and they say there's no coolant. There are multiple leaks and the radiator needs to be replaced. The person there even agreed that should've come up when they did the flush, but they had to wait for their boss to talk to the KOP sit

Please beware they don’t respect appointment time. Had 3pm appointment for wheel alignment. Dropped off the car early at 12pm. Went back close to 5pm to pick up the car but they told me I would have to wait another hour. Car was sitting at the same spot at the parking lot where we parked it at 12pm. Why give out appointments when you guy’s don’t value customers time? We will be taking our business to Mavis. Thanks!
