First time here, because was offered a promo for an oil change. Great place, highly recommend. Honest place and great customer service. Switching from the dealership that cost a lot more to this place. Much better value and service!

Had an appointment for 2pm to have my brake pads and possibly rotors changed. I show up at 2pm and they tell me they can't do it because their guy is sick. Why didn't you call to cancel my appointment then? Why do you wait until I show up for the appointment? You wasted my time and I could have called somewhere else. The woman was rude about it too.

Installed wrong tire on a family vehicle after saying they have the correct tire in stock. After installing the incorrect tire, they cannot find the right tire in stock and want to charge more for the service. This is un acceptable as it could have damaged the vehicles rear differential. The tech should understand that this vehicle has different sized front and rear tires. Unacceptable service, disrespectful to us after their mistake. Could have easily been fixed and resolved if they simply checked the tires on the vehicle. They were provided with correct tire sizing and still installed the wrong tire. Simply unacceptable.

Purchased a set of tires, they had them in store the next morning. Immediately reached out and let me know, they were able to fit me in when it best fit my schedule. Great price on the tires as well! Would highly recommend!
