Other than the wait time, I have no complaints. I didn’t get the name of the mechanic that came to the rescue but he did call me personally to get my location and showed up ASAP! 🙌🏾 Not only was he cool and down to earth, he was also about his business! He came, Quickly diagnosed the problem (bad brake chamber on trailer) and had the chamber off, new one on and had me up and rolling within an hour, hour thirty (after waiting for 5hrs and burning up my drive clock) If the case would’ve been put in sooner it could’ve been a 2 hour MAYBE 3 hour turnaround instead of 6 total hours but all in all, the mechanical side did a great job. Customer service needs a LITTLE work, as for as urgency is concerned but the woman I spoke with confirming my breakdown was an angel ❤️

Steve and Aaron towed my bus and do a stellar job. Those two are extremely professional and knowledgeable and their commitment to service is exemplary. Of y’all had 5 more Steve’s and Aaron’s it wouldn’t be enough.

They showed up a little quicker than expected. The tech was a very nice guy and he knew his stuff. The service truck looked good and seemed to be well stocked which showed that the company takes pride in themselves.

The technician arrived sooner than expected, which I appreciated. He was professional, courteous, and clearly explained what he was checking and what his diagnosis was. The interaction itself was very pleasant and handled well. The only issue was that the hood was not secured after it was opened. That was the sole reason for the four-star rating. Otherwise, the service was satisfactory.

Cody came out was very professional, took his time and was very proficient. I was grossing 120k pounds, he had never done that kinda haul before but I highly recommend him. I didn’t get a picture of the tow but this was my setup.
