Semi driver- tech came out earlier than the eta (under 90 minutes), so obviously a huge bonus. Freddy replaced a trailer tire (super single) that had slid off of the hub when I was turning the trailer to dock. He accomplished the replacement quickly and did so in a friendly and professional manner (you could tell that he knew what he was doing as he did it quickly and easily). Well done!
