AAA Tire & Auto Service - West Purcellville

**25 Years of Excellence Diminished Under New Management** After 25 years of quality service and stellar reputation, AAA's local operation has significantly declined under new leadership. On Saturday, March 22, 2025, the facility appeared closed with blinds drawn and a nearly empty parking lot designed for 40+ vehicles. Despite this appearance, upon checking the posted hours and trying the door around 11am, I discovered they were indeed open—technically, sort of. The scheduluer informed me the technician was "leaving early today," despite me needing help and no other customers being present on a beautiful Saturday (maybe leaving due to not enough customers). I scheduled for Monday at 9am. Arriving precisely at 8:59am, I found multiple empty service bays but was unable to park my truck in

You know it’s one thing to rip me off woth oil change You didn’t even do you just reset it the screen to say 100%. Now you’re charging almost $400 for a tire when purcellville auto will literally do it for $100. You are all clowns and should’ve shut down when you switched over.

We needed an Inspection. I started calling around with AAA since I thought it might be the fastest/most convenient because of location. I was told they "couldn't get to it that day because of shop maintenance, and the following day they would be able to help me. I could drop the key off at night or drop off in the morning." So many people dropped off keys overnight for today, and now they are booked up." They don't make appointments for inspections, and promised service, but now they are booked up (and never mentioned this as a possibility, or I could've also dropped the keys off.) Infuriating. Terrible customer servic

Dropped my car off first thing for an oil change and safety inspection, and it was done before you know it. Efficient, reasonably priced and friendly - can’t ask for anything more than that.

I’m a local boy been living in the county for well over 50 years and always used Purcellville tires or Hogan and Son but now since it’s AAA. Which is a large corporate company I give them a big fat zero on the stars. As soon as I pulled in and parked my car I informed the manager the keys were in it, and it was still running. The manager rudely told me to move it. Then after getting inside and waiting over 30 minutes as other customers came in and they kept bypassed me, maybe because I was driving an older car and dressed for work. After I was helped, they told me they did not have that particular tire. I told her if they had another type that would fit would be fine and would need a front end Alignment. She told me their system was down and she could not help me, and only would put on the
