AAA Warminster Car Care Insurance Travel Center

I rarely ever do this but this time it is necessary. I have been a AAA member for the last 3 years. I have had my Tesla Model 3 inspected at AAA King of Prussia location for the last 2 years. I called Warmister location this morning around 8:30am. I spoke with (I believe his name is Chris) a rep of car care and he said I can come in today and get my car inspected and be done around 1pm. I was definitely done by 1pm but WITH NO WORK DONE. It was full of shady and unprofessional work. I dropped my car off after driving over 45 mins to get to this location. I arrived at 9:10am. Upon check in after sending my insurance and registration to his email he said I will have you done by 1pm. I left and came back around 11:45am, only to see my car still sitting in the same space. I was quoted approximately $1500.00 for a job and then charged me $1750.00. Brian admitted that I was over charged and promised me a rebate check was coming in mail for difference. After multiple phone calls and stopping in all I got was empty promises and NO rebate check. Came into this location for my tag and title after having a pretty off putting experience at AAA Warrington. I was able to make an appt the day before online and when we walked in, Kwesi helped us right away. He was warm and welcoming. We have been members of AAA on the west coast since 2007 and my parents had been members since 1985, we have always had a great experience with all their employees until the Warrington office. I'm glad Kwesi and his colleague, Chris, at Warminster office tag and title kept up the high level of service. He was able to do it quickly and even fit in our second out of state vehicle as well, which while making the appt online, specifically stated that each appt was for one vehicle. I went in for an oil change at the AAA Warminster, PA on a Saturday. I was able to make an appointment only a few days before the date of service. This was a positive. AAA took longer to do the service than initially indicated. Not a mayor issue if the work was performed correctly. When they complete the services I mentioned that the service technician did not rotate my tires. The sales representative indicated that it states on the print out that a tire rotation was performed and I told him I watched the tech and no such service was performed. He was not all interested. I said so your no even going to inquire and he ignored me. Another AAA staff had just pulled up returning from the AAA Willow Grove store. He was getting tires from that location.
