Last year my neighbor knocked on my door and told me his car would not shut off. So I went out and looked at it and unhooked the battery, but it still will not turn off. I told him it was probably ignition problem, he wanted to take it to Windsor location, so I followed him there and hung around for a while to see if he needed a ride back. After a few minutes one of the technicians came out, I told him I unhooked battery and it still would not shut off. I needed 4 tires and was helped immediately. TJ got me a quote in less then a half hour. Wonderful staff and replaced my tires as soon as tires came in. I highly recommend AAA!

I needed a small repair (Costco broke a stud while replacing my tires). Brandon gave me an excellent customer experience. We are new to the area and besides explaining the repair in detail fixing my car quickly and below estimate he took the time to tell me about a few local restaurants.

Ryan and the team are great communicators and get work done well. They allowed me to leave my car for a couple days until I could pick it up. The shop gives AAA discounts and coupons, which helps. They send reports about the work too. They seem honest and are clear. I recommend them.
