O'Reilly Auto Parts

Last week I popped into O'Reilly in Windsor for a headlight bulb...apparently very expensive so "Carlos" came outside to double check it was the correct one. When I started my car, there was hesitation and he kindly offered to check my battery. Not too bad but possibly the alternator. Carlos looked up cost & 2 options available so back outside we went to check for stamp. It was then that Carlos realized and showed me a VERY worn Serpentine belt, suggesting immediate replacement. I have an appointment w/mechanic next week!! That belt on last legs and who knows where I would've been stranded had Carlos not discovered before it snapped. Kudos to a very kind, patient & knowledgeable Carlos...the epitome of GREAT character & customer service! Many thanks Carlos.

I've been to this location several times, and I only continue going to this location because it's close. The employees are slow. Even slower than the average parts picker. One day I walked in and nobody would even look at me or acknowledge that I was there waiting. 5 employees standing around and 2 on the register.

Place is awesome and very friendly, they are on top of their game and very welcoming. Good vibes and great business
