The shop gives the best prices and advice for your vehicle. If you are unable to fully afford the price of repair they will work with you and schedule other repairs later, getting you back on the road. This shop has worked on multiple cars within my family. I would definitely recommend this shop.

as my honest opinion, i like how I was giving a same day appointment however I don’t feel that 4 1/2 hours of waiting was worth the amount of money that I’ve paid for my brake job. Also I will giving a different amount over the phone but then when they got done I was charged more than what I was suppose to originally pay. The guy didn’t even give me No receipt and brakes still not even done right.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I strongly advise you to take your car to Village Auto in Hazel Crest if you need repairs and you live in the area. I called ahead at Thursday around 11am stating I needed to get my car towed to a mechanic and asked if they had the availability to take it. The manager said they have availability, bring the car. I got to their auto shop at noon the same day with the tow truck. I told the young man Don working that one of my rear tires needed to be changed, and the tie rods needed to be looked at and I think the wheel alignment was off. I was told I had to pay $100 for the inspection fee. Don said the inspection fee will go towards the cost of services. That is common practice at most auto shops. If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I purchased a car detailing service through Groupon, which offered a 30% discount compared to the price listed at this location. I made my purchase on a Monday and called to schedule an appointment — the man I spoke with told me the soonest availability was the following day. However, when I called before heading over, I was told they were already full and would need to reschedule me for Thursday. Frustrated but understanding, I agreed. Very personable and friendly staff! Accommodating fast service. The reviews on here are in part to unrealistic expectations, IMO. It’s a vehicle repair shop, not AMAZON!!! Repairs take time. When you bring your vehicle in when it’s on its last leg, expect to pay and understand other cars are before you. Plan ahead and be patient. The staff is very accommodating and friendly.
