I brought my vehicle in for service. No instructions on where to park your car. Upon entering, 2 guys, mason whitcomb & nicolas aggelopoulos were angry, & blinked me off. Suddenly help came in the form of Kevin Fondren. He was polite, respectful, acknowledged about his job, & his energy was so positive. I'm a senior, & to be ignored by the two things mentioned was a disgrace, & they both were on their phones. No, no. I wouldn't recommend this place to noone. It's newly renovated, but this place has staff that requires interpersonal skills inservice meetings monthly in order to keep customers coming in. Give Kevin F. the service adviser award for the month. The other two, give them nothing but a reprimand for their hatred this morning.

Not the best service at all. I would take my vehicle somewhere else where they’re more informative and attentive to your car and needs. They should never be able to sit on vehicles for over 40 days and don’t fix anything nor offer to fix anything despite of warranties. Not a rental compensation or anything, just a bill for a vehicle leaving the same way it arrived. Don’t waste your time or money. You deserve better.

We bought a used Chevy Suburban last week. The purchasing experience went great, and we were told to come back Friday to have new tires put on. They ran their full used car inspection and found other issues, and replaced them. The service was going to take longer than the day so they supplied a loaner vehicle until the suburban was ready. I highly recommend Jeff the sales manager, and Kyle. They were wonderful to work with.

I will give credit where it is due…. The collision center - I had an very good experience, only issue was their failure to clean my car after service. With the service advisors, I’ve had nothing short of good experience, BUT, the service itself has not been a good experience. Some Mache’s have issues with wind noise, and it was determined that my 2023 had an issue to be resolved. Parts were ordered, service was scheduled, and I went in to have the issue resolved. Following 1.5 hours waiting in the lobby, I got into my car and found fingerprints and dust everywhere on/in and around my driver side door, center console, and floors. I requested someone to clean my car which they did, and found what appeared to be a slight tear on my driver side door panel. I requested the service manager L
