This place is trash. Bring my truck in for not down shifting right. 1 thing I told them it was staying in 8 cylinder mode . AFM . It seemed to happen when it it was going from 4 to 8 cylinder. They call me and say I have a mis fire on cylinder 6. That's why you are hearing ot chatter. Really. They change out coil. You need plugs and wire. We'll They where installed last September. That's what tech is recommending. Didnt throw a code. OK. 943.00. Pick truck up Friday. Same thing happened. Down shifting chattering. Very hard to change gears. Stopped payment. Called them no return phone call. Went to another shop Monday. They do a lot of AFM deletes. 1st sign of AFM going bad rough change between 4 and 8 cylinder. I dropped our Kia Sorento off for a suspected transmission issue. They performed a road test and looked at the truck, yet they could not find anything wrong. I was expecting a diagnostic fee or a labor fee of some kind, yet to my surprise I was told no charge by Shelley. Worth my business in the future and a 5 Star Review today.
We were having transmission shifting issues with our 2020 Chevy Equinox. At the Chevy dealership, they recommended a transmission flush which made no difference. We then scheduled an appointment with Tom to see what he thought. He proposed resetting the transmission control module, which is like rebooting a computer. It really worked! The SUV is shifting much smoother now. Thank you Tom for your time and helping us!
Work was completed in slow manner. Terrible communication as I had to call and never received call that I didn’t initiate. Car was returned filthy- older white Honda that they left finger / hand prints all over front t of car. Car taken there towed as I had brake issue so do not feel I can recommend
