Called the owner of the shop on Friday to have my plow truck brakes serviced for the upcoming snow storm. Asked him when he would be able to get it done. He assured me that it would be done Saturday afternoon and that he would call when it was ready. I explained to him the importance of the truck being ready for Saturday afternoon. And to call me if they had issues. His mechanic didn’t complete any of the work. Took him the entire day to remove one wheel. So I never heard from the shop the entire day. I show up to pickup my truck before they close and he says oh there was too much rust, this will be a two day job. This is the worst service I have ever received in my entire life. My girlfriend foolishly brought her 2013 Beetle here for some reason instead of our usual mechanic. These people have absolutely no idea what they are doing. They wasted $1200 of her money by just replacing a bunch of things on the motor without doing proper diagnostics, replacing things we specifically told them not to replace because they were just replaced and didn't fix the issue. A month later when she finally picked up they car, they told her the problem was fixed (it wasnt). Not only that, there was a nasty dent on the edge of the door that they claimed they'd take care of for us but never did. The dent could have only happened by someone opening the door really hard and hitting it into a cement wall or something. Too

Took my car to this shop multiple times before and had no serious issues until recently. Needed an alignment done on my car, they got the key, but didn’t work on it at all that day because “they couldn’t find it.” Well, they ended up looking at it, but something was wrong with the car so they had told me they would have to order a part and it would be fixed in a few days. Lo and behold a few days pass and I go to the shop (they haven’t called me) and they tell me the car’s all set and that they didn’t even need to order a new part. Okay. They did an amazing job fixing my car and negotiating with the warranty company to ensure I incurred no costs for the new water pump and thermostat. They were honest, fair and incredibly friendly and considerate.
