Had a friend who is a master mechanic said he could redo my suspension. I got all the major parts with the exception of all the minor bolts and a plastic sleeve for some struts. That mechanic ended up moving and left the garage he was working at before i could get them installed so I asked a question if customer provided parts could be installed. I was routed to Jeremy from service, in which proceeded to speak to me like they would be doing me God's gift of a favor for making an exception to install the parts there. I asked, if after an estimate, if they would be able to supply the missing parts, and to verify the items i already had, which referenced the bolts that could not be reused and a dust boot cover for the suspension.
