Arlington RV Supercenter

We just took delivery of a Flagstaff trailer and were extremely pleased with the process. The staff was unbelievably pleasant. From sales to service everyone was friendly any very helpful. This being our ninth unit, the walk through was the best we have encountered. The unit was properly prepared and the hitch installed.

Update: Jim (owner) called to apologize and asked us to bring RV back so they can put on a new inspection sticker. SAFETY HAZARD. Brought RV in to be inspected. Everything went fine until I got in drivers seat and tried to look in PASSENGER rear view mirror to back up (see photo). Sticker blocking my rear view. Went back to have sticker moved and was told we needed whole new inspection, but, we waited over 3 weeks for 1st one and we are leaving for a trip. They never offered apologies or immediate service. Younger man VERY NEGATIVE, non apologetic, did not care at all. Did not offer to absorb new cost (really no biggie). NO HELP AT ALL. THIS IS NOW A SAFETY HAZARD. Wow for first timer RV people we went to the right place! I am a bit late on writing this review, which should have been done in Feb. Arlington RV has been with us all the way, starting with our sales person Lou who showed us the all weather Montana's on a cold and rainy day no less. We decided on the Montana High Country approx. 41 ft I asked Lou if they could install a washer and dryer, a new king mattress, and back camera? NP they had them installed. We explained we had to get a truck and we would need the 5th wheel hitch installed as well which again NP Lou explained we needed the sliding hitch since we got the 6ft bed.. they got all done in no time... The service department at Arlington RV is stellar. I am 1200 miles from home base and had an issue requiring attention. They fit me into their schedule without any hassle - even though I didn’t purchase my class B camper van through them. Justin and the team came through for me and made it so that I didn’t have to delay my travel back home. I highly recommend them!

9/25 Arlington RV Supercenter We normally purchase items in the store related to RVing. Good store selection. Our main spot in Rhode Island to dump black and grey water, then fill the propane.
