Rebuilt feb 5 2026. Video from feb 15, 2026. Warranty ends feb 20. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!!! Refusing to fix transmission rebuild under 15 day courtesy warranty. Have brought it back twice. Keeps getting stuck in third gear. The warranty expires friday. Attached are videos of the truck stuck in 3rd. I showed him videos. Owner said truck is perfect and doesnt throw codes. If you will watch the videos, it is certainly not perfect. Thing is, you can't take it to another shop without approval from corporate. I have so far been unable to obtain approval. I will be sending a letter of demand if we cannot resolve this issue. I am not seeking money, only a functioning transmission. Went there for a quick oil change while traveling through California. The work was OK. The initial price I was charged was way more than estimate. I called back and talked to the owner who was very gracious and honest. He adjusted the price to a mutually agreeable amount.

I've lived in Mandarin for about 15 years, about 6 years ago I brought a very difficult cvt transmission problem to AAMCO they are able to solve problems even the dealerships can't. I've been using them for any type of issue on multiple vehicles since then. If you want the best AAMCO and Dan are the best there is 💯!

Worst experience ive ever had . They failed multiple times to fix my transmission under warranty. After getting yelled at by the owner of the shop they allowed us to take it somewhere else. Awful customer service and complete incompetence.

They tried to charge $180/hr labor, $180 for a quote and 5x the price of a part just for a brake repair. I love getting bent over at the mechanics! Told me with a straight face that my master cylinder part would cost $500! It's $80 on Amazon! DIY! if you think you can't, you can learn.
