Devante was very good and straight forward. The shop did the work quickly and I haven't had issues (so far). The price for a transmission and warranty is outrageous however ($17k for full 3yr 60k) still paid $8k for a full repair and 1 yr warranty on my F150. Good work, but expensive.

Friday January 12th I had my Honda Odyssey towed here. The CV axle broke off the joint on the right front wheel of my van. As luck would have it the lift broke so the techs weren't able to look at my van until the lift was fixed on Monday. I got a call Tuesday that the transmission was good, and the left side CV axel was good, but I needed a new CV axle on the right side and that we would need a transmission flush as well. We agreed to both things. We got another call telling us that the van was finished and we could come pick it up. When we arrived, we were told we would be charged a 3% fee for using a credit card. I let the manager know that he could make people aware of this fee ahead of time so they can come with another form of payment. He didn't understand why this was upsetti

Called originally thinking it would be a minor repair. So felt the 1850.00 up front cost was a good way to go based on looking at on line pricing for refurbished transmissions for 2350.00 with and additional freight cost of 1250.00. These guys came in at an additional 7-9 k depending on the selected transmissions selected. If tha was not bad enough they took over a week to put by vehicle back in together. And when calling to get the status so it could be moved to a more reputable shop on the eve of Christmas this was there wonderful customer service response. DeVante was amazing and helpful and truly understanding. My car broke down he guided me to a tow company with amazing prices and managed to find the problem quickly for me he did everything in his ability to solve the problem. Unfortunately my car was too far gone and it’s time for a new one. I will be continuing to use them for any further car repairs as they have great pricing and financing options and I felt truly scene and cared for by him. He truly went above and beyond for me and my family and I am extremely grateful for him.

My shift linkage cable broke (who knew that could happen) everywhere else was telling me that it could be 2 weeks before I could bring my car in. Devante was incredible and had me bring it the next morning, he had Frank work on it. They had me out of there within an hour and Frank was able to help fix a couple smaller things I needed as well. You guys are seriously the best. Thank you so much for helping me when I was in such a bind! I recommend this place 100%! They will take care of you ❤️
