If I could give these guys 10 stars I would. I was 1,500 mi from home. Lost the transmission in my truck. I was in the area for work and in less than a day they had my transmission pulled and a factory rebuild in my truck and I was back on the road. Paul is absolutely amazing! Wonderful to work with. There was no hidden fees. He told me what it was going to be from the first time I talked to him and that is exactly what the total bill was I cannot recommend these guys enough!

Truly impressed with Paul and his team. I'm not usually one to leave Google reviews, but this place was a genuine lifesaver for me these past few weeks when the transmission failed on my Honda Fit. While my usual shop said the car was now just scrap metal and other shops didn't even want to see it, Paul took my call, listened to all the details, and was honest, forthright, took the time to provide details on all possibilities and helped me understand every step of the process along the way. One of the best car repair experiences I've ever had and I recommend Portsmouth AAMCO very highly.

Paul is a man of his word who stands behind his product and work. He is honest, knowledgeable and fair. I had the transmission replaced in my truck.
