Very knowledgeable and willing to explain everything so I understood my car's needs. Came here on the recommendation of a friend after my high mileage VW Golf was given a 5 figure estimate to "make everything right." Nick and his team went through the dealership's notes and gave a second opinion on everything. He also shared insight on frequency with which many issues occur, parts selection, and diagnostic steps and what they mean for the future of my vehicle.
