As humans we're guaranteed to experience an occasional bad day when things are not done correctly. And that was my experience when I first had my muffler replaced a few weeks ago. The following day I received a call from the Manager Matt, he apologized and promised to correct the previous repair by replacing the muffler and associated pipes before and after the muffler. Upon completion, Shaun from the front office called to say that my truck was ready for pick-up. I arrived at the office and they were all very courteous and friendly as usual. The replacement muffler was installed flawlessly and looked like the original new equipment. The perfect welded joints both before and after the muffler looked like factory material. The first word that comes to mind is honest. We all feel a little nervous about bringing our vehicles to a mechanic to be worked on, not with theses guys. I went in for an inspection sticker they located a couple of issues gave me a fair price and had the work done quickly. 100% recommend going there!!

The guys are the nicest, most friendly, and welcoming not just in the automotive repair world, but of most retail shops where you receive service. The other two customers were obviously repeat customers which, for me as a first time customer, made me feel reassured and like part of their growing family. My husband took our Ford Expedition into Meineke first thing this morning (Saturday) as we broke down on the highway last night coming in from Oregon. We need to be in DC for work on Monday and all the rental cars within hundreds of miles are sold out. We have our dog and daughter with us and are supposed to pick up our other daughter at the airport in Boston later today. To say we were a little tired and stressed this morning is an understatement. Absolutely the best car care shop ever! Shawn, from the moment you hit the door will assure you that he will find the problem and fix the problem. If Shawn doesn’t know the answer don’t worry Chris is right behind him. They are a duo with ethics and knowledge. Chris is absolutely a great mechanic however it is his honesty that makes him great. Shawn, will not sell you anything you do not need. They take photos of all their work and send them to your email which is unheard of. If you’re looking for an upstanding car shop go to Meineke off Lafayette road in Portsmouth NH. Ask for Shawn you won’t regret it!
