While Michael is a nice guys, not happy with the service. They had my car for almost three weeks, I spend 400 buck and they did not tell me what was wrong with the vehicle. There was ALWAYS something more important than my vehicle.. Seems like they had never worked on a Honda Accord. Got frustrated with the non-action and no remedies.

STAY AWAY. This isn't a business so much as it is a trap to lure you in and squeeze every penny out of you. They offer a "free" diagnostic, but it seems to only involves visually checking that you do have a transmission in the car. To do any real diagnosis, such as dropping the pan and seeing what's going on, they charge $200. Never mind that would seemingly be part of the initial analysis. But now they have your car at their shop and you're in a hurry to know what's wrong and get it fixed. So what are you going to do? Take it out of their shop and take it to someplace else with an honest price on a diagnostic, wait longer? No, they have their hooks in you, so you go with it. Then that diagnostic only tells them so much, to REALLY figure out what's wrong, they'll have to drop the transmiss

Too many auto repair service shops seemingly don't know anything, want to scam you out of every dollar, or charge incredibly high prices for their work. This place is an exception to all of that. The owner/manager is incredibly kind and well educated on what automotive work. He also is very fair with what he charges. This has become my go to place for transmission service and other automotive services.

Mike, the gentleman at the front desk, was incredibly helpful. My partner and I had purchased a battery from here over six months ago, and it stopped working sooner than expected. Mike quickly took care of replacing it and had us back on the road in no time. I recommend this place to anyone looking for mechanics they can trust

I would not recommend this shop to anyone. My car sat for 3 WEEKS and they still couldn’t tell me what was wrong with it. Turns out it just needed a new battery and it cost over $1000. The way Micheal speaks to women is absolutely unacceptable. I highly advise not trusting these people with your car. They will lie, scam, and disrespect you. I will never be back.
