In the beginning they were a little rough around the edges on the phone, but when I was able to get face-to-face, they're very respectful and professional. Upon completion of the job I received a couple of phone calls checking on my vehicle and the service that was provided to me. I will definitely be a repeat customer for any other services needed on my vehicles.
Needed to get a new clutch as the OEM one was finally slipping under load. The team at AAMCO in Titusville was easy to work with and Dustin in particular was great about communicating issues, providing suggestions, and opportunities to save money. Its been a couple months since the new setup was installed and it holds power like it should, so I have zero complaints. I'll use this shop again for future major car work.
Knowledgeable staff, easy to work with. Reasonable prices and fast, reliable service. Technician provided sound advice for my unusual repair and followed up several weeks later to ensure the repair was successful. I recommend this garage for both simple maintenance and complex repairs.
The team was able to fit me into the schedule and resolve some known transmission problems on my GMC Yukon. Great service, great people.
When it comes to transmission problems this is the place to go. We had issues while on vacation and John did everything in his power to help us. He was honest with us and explained the process thoroughly so we knew what we were up against. They did a thorough inspection to diagnose the problem and ultimately we ended up needing a new transmission. Their price was better than the dealership and their completion time was the best I could find. They are also a nationwide company so if I have any problems I can go to AAMCO in my hometown. The new transmission came with a 3 year 100,000 mile warranty so I can rest easy. Honestly the outside of the building could stand to be touched up but when it comes to mechanics I would rather them be knowledgeable and professional over a pretty exterior any
