This company will definitely change your mind in getting an oil change. You don't have to worry about rather something is full or loose...You leave with a piece of mind... Everything they do is verified from another person there.. And the top it all off in three months , you can bring it back , and that's exactly what they'll do , they will top it off if needed.. they are honest... they could have very easily have sold me an air filter. But they told me I was good.. Will be back!! Thank you...
Leslie, Tommi and Matt were super friendly and made me feel comfortable. As a woman sometimes it can be tough not knowing and feeling scammed leaving car places. When I first arrived I was brought a cold water bottle and greeted with a smile. Everything was explained and I left feeling very pleased with the services provided.
Strickland is the very best you’re in and out in few minutes. You do not have to get out of your vehicle. Everything is explained to you and a print out is given to you of service done. The employees are honest , kind just wonderful. The best service I’ve ever experienced and I will continue to go just there. Again thank you. LM
From the moment I pulled into Strickland brothers I was greeted amazing customer service. The service writer was pleasant and had me in and out within just a few minutes. I was very pleased with the technicians with how they communicated with their team. I did have a coupon that was sent to me from Strickland Brothers and it would not work, so the manager intervened and handled the issue. That issue did not affect the performance of the employees! They were great!! I was very thankful. I will use them again in the future!
These guys are the best you know. I pulled in there thinking I needed an oil change but they told me I was still about 2,000, mi before I needed one. They could have made an extra Bach but they didn't. I consider that kind of honesty strange in today's world
