I took my 2021 wrx in with A/C issues. Amber and Chris were amazing.....they inspected my car and gave me a very fair quote fo repairs, especially since they warranty their work. Due to the professional and timely service I received, I will definitely go back for my car care needs.

Carlos and their team were great! We’d taken our vehicle to the Tires Plus on Garden Street and were scammed multiple times out of hundreds of dollars. We brought our vehicle to this Tuffy’s and they fixed the issue immediately and stated that the other place could have easily noticed the issue. I’m very thankful for their honesty and getting our vehicle working again for cheap!

Great service from start to finish! I was able to get a same-day appointment for an oil change, and the team also took the time to address my concern about a burning smell. They quickly found the issue, provided photos, and made everything easy to understand. A few days later, I scheduled the repair, which was completed quickly and at a very reasonable cost. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them!

Amber was very friendly and attentive. I went in because I was told by an advanced auto employee, after purchasing a new battery, that my alternator needed replaced. They started giving me names of guys that could 'help' me. Amber took one look and told me I did not need a new one. My check engine light wasn't on and they had me panicking for nothing. She went into detail and saved me so much trouble with her honesty. They even filled my tires for free after I mentioned they looked low. I would highly recommend this location for honesty and integrity!
