I just received a hood and nose piece for a 1969 Barracuda and they arrived in very good shape! I was concerned about shipping having read of other's issues so I went as far as sending foam corners with duct tape and a $20 tip asking them to wrap the corners. It came shipped in their normal process with cardboard corner protectors which proved to be adequate plus they returned my cash! The nose piece was bubble wrapped and they even added a few of my foam corners to it. Communication was excellent and the parts arrived here in Colorado three weeks after I placed the order. I have to say the hood is a very high quality piece and will require very little body work to paint it. I would not recommend this company the woman that works on the phone is very rude and dishonest the guy that works out in the shop promises you he'll get something done never does takes your money lucky if you ever see the product and if you do it's all beat up and scratched up I highly do not recommend this company
