Service was great, had to get a last minute oil change before a trip. Carlos was able to get me in last minute and helped out big time. They also let me know of other issues with the truck and i liked that they sent a report with suggestions and pictures. Highly recommend and will be returning when my inspection is due

Comfy waiting lobby. And another mangerial employee double checked that I was able to hook into WiFi. Highly Recommend Aarrow Transmissions & Auto! I was in a bind last week with a transmission issue that immobilized my car while on a work trip to Richmond. After getting the car towed to their shop and explaining my situation, the guys at Aarrow stayed 90 minutes past closing to get me back on the road that evening. I waited in a very comfy waiting room and the employees provided regular updates and friendly conversations. I am extremely grateful to the Aarrow team for going above and beyond to get a new customer out of a stressful situation.
