Went in with a laundry list of things that needed to be done. They very patiently worked with me to determine what they could and could not do. They were able to determine that some of the issues were less severe than I thought and fixed it at no charge. Very honest mechanics with very good prices. Fast turn around time as well

I have had mixed experiences at this place. I went here due to its location which is convenient for me. For usual maintenance items such as oil changes and brake pad changes, they were good. However, I once went in with a more complex issue of AC compressor clutch not engaging reliably. After investigation, they came to the conclusion that the compressor had gone bad. There was no pressure on me to replace (which was great and I really appreciate). But I went with their recommendation and replaced the compressor (a significant expense). However, The issue of compressor clutch not engaging kept returning. After a while I realized that it really was an electrical connector on the vehicle side that was faulty. Battery died on my commute so towed to Abbott Auto Service first thing. They tested and replaced it quick, checked alternator too from recent flickering lights. Waiting room had old magazines and weak coffee but they finished under an hour without extras tacked on.

Agree with most comments. One of the places where I have experienced true genuineness. The entire team says what u r vehicle needs to be done and not do things for gaining money. Would definitely recommend based on experience so far. The work was really done well for all my vehicles.
