Terrible terrible experience with ABC Drivetrain. I gave Jimmy the bad solenoid B code from my code reader late on Friday. On Monday Jimmy explains that I need a Jasper $5300 transmission and Jimmy gives me the same code that I gave him. Charges me $100 for a dignostic of same bad solenoid that I had already gave Jimmy the code from my code reader. Jimmy never gave me the option to replace the bad solenoid. Picked up my vehicle and went to Quality Affordable Transmission Co on Lancaster / Baltimore Rd….same code bad solenoid code, gave me a quote $450 to replace 2 solenoids, wiring harness and transmission fluid and filter and gasket change…price came in as promised highly recommend going elsewhere than than ABC Drivetrain in Lancaster. My truck runs great again because of Quality Affo

Excellent business. HONEST.saved me over 2500.00 in unnecessary repairs that "my regular shop" said needed fixed ASAP.none of it needed fixed!had them tune up my truck runs fantastic. THANK YOU AGAIN FOR YOUR HONESTY. Will go there for everything from now on

Took my 2018 Hyundai Tucson with 70k miles in for transmission issues. Called me back 20 minutes later and said that my car should be under warranty with Hyundai and to take the car to the dealership. Didnt charge me a dime, and basically saved me a couple thousand dollars. Took car to Hyundai dealership who offered to replace the transmission for $3513.99, ABC Drive quoted $9000+ off the top of his head.

Several yrs ago I took my 97 Chevy c1500 WT there about some transmission issues. The owner could have convinced me that it needed a transmission after they drove it and put it up on the rack. Instead he told me how to bypass the issue and said I may very well get 500000 mi out of it. He didn't charge me a penny for the time and effort they put in it. I just took my 2018 Silverado to him about trans issues and again the owner explained everything in detail and suggested a trans cooler. They put a trans cooler in for me and did it ridiculously cheap. They are all such fine people and so enjoyable to deal with. If you're looking for an honest reputable place to have work done you found it. I Love em all. Fine people and such a fine Man owns it

I have used ABC to maintain our fleet of vehicles at The Creed of Recovery, but since late 2023 we started having issues; for example, one of our vans would go in for service and a few days later be two quarts of oil low. Or in one case, we had a minivan with barely over 100k go in for an oil change and be running perfectly and a week later have no compression in two cylinders. At first we just chalked it up to human error. But then last week I took my personal truck in for an oil change and two days later my lifters and rods are knocking. When I checked the oil it looked dirty and thin. I took it to ABC and the mechanic actually said “Keep driving it until it gets worse.” I went straight to Advance auto and got the correct oil, when I drained it, it was very runny, like brake fluid runny
