Abercrombies Towing and Recovery

Got a FWD CUV stuck in some mud in DT Blue Ridge. Abercrombie’s towing got me out of the bind quickly, safely, and with the southern hospitality one comes to love in the area. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend Abercrombie’s Towing! I got stuck on a steep gravel road driving to our rental cabin. Byron arrived quickly and took great care of my van. He even helped find my friend who was lost on the dark back roads around the cabins. He was very nice and helpful! This is for sure the towing company to call.

Broke down with a flat tire and no lug wrench with us. Byron was so pleasant to speak with and had the best energy about him- which is much appreciated when you're stressed about your car! He showed up as soon as he could, was on the ground changing our tire in no time. We were on the road again within 10 minutes. I would recommend him a million times over. Thank you, Byron.

Best feeling in the world when your tow truck driver shows up on time, apologizes that he couldn't make it sooner, and even better when he's an old friend of your next door neighbor. The whole towing experience was as good as it gets; Byron was a pure pro! He picked up my SUV, towed it 80 miles to my mechanic in Atlanta, and then he really went above and beyond: after he dropped my keys in the night-drop box, he took pictures of my car and texted them to me! It showed me when the car arrived, where it was in the lot, and that it arrived exactly as it had left my house. Wish I could give Abercrombie ten stars!

We had a great experience with Abercrombie Towing. He showed up when he said he would. He was very courteous and friendly. He resolved our problem very quickly and even asked if we had roadside assistance to cover the expense (which was something I hadn’t even thought of) and provided a written receipt so we can seek reimbursement. I highly recommend him!
