KARS Automotive Repair

Thank you for the courteous and prompt service on my 1998 Mercedes SLK 230. She is an old car and not many companies want to tackle service on her. She has been lovingly restored and I am grateful to find a company that will keep her running like new!

Great experience from beginning to end. A positive Google review brought me to their site. Very user friendly website, was able to make an appointment for that same day. After my inspection, they texted me the results along with a quote. Very seamless process and got my in for the repair the next morning. All the staff were very pleasant and professional. Highly recommend. 5⭐️

Heading home from a week long trip to the mountains my packed car started acting up as I was passing through Ellijay. Luckily I found KARS being close by on a map search and they were highly rated so I limped my car to their shop. Seeing my wife, my dog and the predicament I was in they urgently did a diagnostic exam and found the problem. I was blessed that they were honest, had the parts needed, repaired the car in a timely manor and got me back on the road safely. A big thanks to the crew at KARS. I reccomend them highly.

So on Friday we called Kars. We were set to check out of our cabin on Saturday at 10am. I asked, "what can I expect?" Instead of giving me vague answers that are only superficially reassuring, like "I'll do my best." Nick said he would definitely work me into the schedule that day and said he felt confident he could get the

My 4x4 was not engaging and they had it diagnosed and fixed same day (dropped off truck night before). Everybody there are friendly and knowledgeable, its sometimes hard to find a good repair shop, you dont have to look any farther than the great folks at Kars! Will be using them anytime I need a good mechanic.
