Ideal Auto Care

Literally the best experience i have ever had with a auto shop!Brought it in Monday and got my truck back today on Friday. Rc went through my truck to find the issue thoroughly and fixed it and took his time to explain things to me.He was awesome.🫡 Didnt kill my pockets or my time waiting for answers and a fix. This will always be my go to shop in Ellijay🇺🇸 also weeks later..My Ford has never Ran so good!!Thank you RC and Squad🤝 This damn Truck is breathing!!Thank yall🤝

Ideal Auto is the only place we take our vehicles. We have always received exceptional service with fair pricing and they even offer a Veteran's discount. Dont hesitate to take your vehicle there!

We were very pleased with our service. Abby and her staff took good care of us.

I ‘ve used this business for a good while. Can’t imagine using anyone else. Abby is honest and trustworthy. When she tells me my vehicle needs something it does. Highly recommend!

So Ideal Auto Care is such a wonderful place to take your car. How do I know this? Because I'm from Florida and we had a car issue. I called multiple places, but some didn't answer. One answered and said they were booked out for 6 weeks and this person then recommended Ideal Auto Care, so thats the place I called. I explained what was going on, and they said, "Bring it in, and we will hook it up to the computer and see what's going on." So let me explain I'm from Florida, and in Georgia on vacation, it's 3:30 on a Wednesday, and we planned to leave on Saturday. Now, we have multiple events planned between Wednesday and Friday. So I take it to them, and they find out immediately what is wrong with it they then say they can have it fixed for you in the morning, so I leave the car there.
