Academy Manor

When I found Academy Manor last March and moved in on the 5 th floor it was beyond what I had imagined!!! After 11 months living here I am grateful for the peace and quiet I enjoy . It’s a My arched windows look out on the beautiful grounds with the walking paths of Saint Francis Gardens .I enjoy the Terrazzo floors and beautiful finishes are high quality!! I often see deer , bunnies multiple sweet birds are on my window sills. Yet I’m so close to all the places I want to go. If you want to get involved with social gatherings there are many groups started by residents. I appreciate Ariel, our very kind and capable building manager .I feel the management is quick to respond , even as it’s a historic building there are improvements ongoing. So patience is needed. I plan to call Academy

I have been waiting and hoping for a long time to live in a place such as this. My dreams have come true here. The beautiful grounds and St. Francis Sculpture Garden/Trail feed my soul and body. Residents are kind and there are friends to be had. Activities and small interest groups are forming. I love love love my 1st floor one bedroom apartment. We are sequestered here in nature off the road with deer, fireflies, birds and rabbits yet SO close to anything one desires of a larger city. I am grateful. I am blessed.

Academy Manor is not only tranquil, but the grounds and buildings are clean and well-kept. Residents and staff are very friendly, too. From day one, the staff has been helpful, professional, and caring. The setting not only has beautiful walking trails, but is in a safe, quiet setting, all while being just minutes from medical facilities, restaurants, museums, and shopping. This doesn’t feel like just an apartment complex, but rather a community. I am very thankful to have found this place I call home.
