I contacted several shops in the Lafayette area and found that Accent Auto offered the most competitive pricing. They were able to accommodate me the same day, which I greatly appreciated. The entire team was professional, courteous, and attentive throughout the process. I had the rear brake pads and rotors replaced, and the work was completed efficiently and to a high standard. Thomas was amazing! He helped me out tremendously with fixing my car. I had a bad alternator. I called all around Lafayette and they were the best price! I drive a Cadillac an they are very expensive to repair. My car has been to three different shops including Cadillac dealership for inspection. All said there was nothing wrong with it even though it was throwing codes and misfiring on me. Finally i had a enough! My car was being towed for the 5th time in 2m. I found Accent Auto about a year ago. As a woman often times when a mechanic sees us coming they see money signs. Not all of them but a majority of them. Thomas is an absolute pleasure to do business with. Aside from having a great business perspective and reasonable pricing, he's also very down to earth and easy to talk to. I've been referring him to everyone I know since December and after picking up my car today I will continue to refer friends and family to him.
