I brought my 230i to carbon elite because this is The place my friends talk about when they are in need for detailing services. As an international student, good reputation is alway what i am looking for when I am visiting businesses, and Carbon elite has definitely earn it. Great quality and great crew. Everyone was super nice, and Kevin was kind enough to provide me a ride after I dropped off my vehicle. He was also able to provide me with suggestions on the kinds of service my car should get. Best service in town. Kevin and his team took great care of both my car and me. I spilled biryani all over my seat tracks and could only book an appointment for 2 days after, but Kevin offered to squeeze me in on the same day and got my car looking and smelling like new. My car was also picked up and delivered straight from my doorstep without me having to do a thing. Friendly team and awesome job!
