I just got my license plate replaced. That day I was in a hurry to go on a long trip, but after taking off the old plate, I couldn't install the new one—a part had broken. When I arrived at the repair shop, the staff immediately fixed the part for me without charging a dime. I'm incredibly grateful and wholeheartedly recommend this shop to anyone needing car repairs. Their kindness and service attitude truly touched me.

My faith in humanity is restored! The owner of AIL, Fred, is the most honest, hardworking, caring, skilled, trustworthy and dedicated to excellent automotive mechanic you will ever meet. I had my 2020 Volvo towed to AIL and was prepared for it to take a couple of weeks. Fred ran every diagnostic possible and through true detective work isolated the problem, fixed it within a week, and taught me how to do it myself the next time! I can't recommend him and his shop highly enough!

Fred is great. I have heard a rattle since I bought the car and had taken it to the dealership and to another garage and neither could find the cause of the rattle. I didn't even mention it to Fred, I had given up, and he found the problem during a routine check with an oil change and fixed it. I highly recommend Automotive Imports. Fred has been very helpful. I refuse to go to Honda again because they treated me like a "dumb woman". l am not. I can think critically, but in order to do so, I need to ask questions. They refused to answer them. ...In comes Fred. He knew the problem right away...much more than Honda did... and educated me on why the failure occurred and what needed to be done. His fix was right the first time and a reasonable price. He is no nonsense. He can come across as too confident and even a little rude. BUT... he knows his stuff. Highly recommend.
