I brought in my older Sequoia for a second opinion and they were very thorough and honest in their inspection. They offered pricing and options and helped me feel comfortable in my decision making. They had great communication and customer service as well. I highly recommend them, especially if you’re looking for a transparent and stress free experience.

Highly recommend Accountable Auto Care! They were able to get me in quickly for an oil change and tire rotation. Also wanted to make a special note of their honesty- I was told that I urgently needed new suspension and brakes at another place and Accountable Auto Care said this was not the case and they would let me know when it was time to do these things. So grateful to have found an auto shop that I can trust!

This is definitely my number one preferred auto shop, without a doubt. They're incredibly friendly, genuinely knowledgeable, and have honestly never let me down. They're always responsive and get your vehicle in so quickly – usually the same day. I've had the pleasure of working with them on a wide range of vehicles, they always get the job done right! Took my car here because of the excellent customer service. They did the repair I needed without trying to upsell me on stuff I didn't need. Unfortunately a few days after I got my car back, there was a problem with the work they did, but they owned it, fixed it, and treated me right, and I appreciate that. Excellent customer service, good people, honest mechanics, and reasonable prices.

Scheduling my appointment was easy and convenient. Mike was pleasant to work with. I was told by Nissan that I had a leak but they didn’t know what it was. It took very little time for AAC to diagnose and fix the problem. They did a full inspection of my vehicle and were honest about the repair without me feeling I was being over sold. I’m so happy I found this place. We will be taking all of our vehicles to AAC from here on.
