I brought my daughters Subaru here for her oil change - as part of the service they did a thorough diagnostic of the entire car and went over it in detail without pushing to do anything that isn’t necessary right now (there was nothing urgent). They keep track of the report and will review it on her next oil change to ck for any changes in status fr the last visit. Excellent customer service.

Today I brought my RAV4 in bc the wiper fluid was frozen solid - I had brought my daughters car in for her regular service earlier in the week and I found them to be superb - very helpful mechanically and not pushy about doing unnecessary extra things. I thought maybe they could help me … and they did! Bobby and the team assessed the wiper fluid problem (frozen fluid) and resolved it — at no charge. In 2024, I had previous work done from a different automotive service company to replace my camshaft, and from this point on the cam seal kept being pushed out. I took it back to the original place for this automotive repair team to fix and replace the seal and the issue kept occurring over an extended year in 2025. Having to keep dealing with the same issue reoccurring was causing me to worry every time I drove my vehicle in fear of the cam seal coming out and oil spilling out. This can cause the engine to lock up and the engine going bad.
