Did not meet my expectations they charge extra for hot water extraction and pet hair removal yet the level of detail attention is lacking.I don't mind the extra charge if the work is done correctly. I went in because I wanted to treat myself and not have to clean it myself. I paid $425 for 2.5 hours of work on my car. I spent another 3 hours cleaning it afterwards to get the true clean feeling my car needed. Pet hair was still in the car, dust in vents and they didn't even touch the middle console even though I emptied my car out. Honestly have received better detailing elsewhere and would suggest to go elsewhere if you expect attention to detail. Your better off going to your local car wash, vacuum your car and get a mean green machine to do a deep clean yourself and save $425 because the

I brought in a seriously grimy carpet from my camper van—so bad I was pretty sure it was headed for the trash. They took it in on the spot, cleaned it while I waited, and charged a totally reasonable price. When they handed it back, it looked incredible, way better than I ever expected. On top of that, their shop dog Aries was the sweetest, most fun little welcome committee while I waited. Great people, great work, great vibe. I can’t recommend Make It Shine enough.

A+ Experience at Make IT Shine! I recently purchased a used 2021 Toyota Tundra that was in great shape, but the truck was black, which is color I have purposely avoided for 50 years. The paint definitely showed some wear, so I stopped by Make IT Shine to inquire about an exterior detail, paint correction, and ceramic coating.
