Great service on my Volvo. Their quoted price wa $300 below competitors who's ratings were way lower than theirs. Honest: could have gotten me to pay for both front and rear breaks and maybe not even done the front since they were in good shape, but called and let me know that only the rear was needed although I had a frozen rotor that had been causing the drag and squeaking). Used best quality parts, they refuse to use cheap low quality stuff. They have the capability to chase down OEM parts that aren't in production any more (we has a long discussing about it) Service time and price was as quoted. I've been taking multiple vehicles here for years and John and his crew have been a pure pleasure to work with. From fixing up various areas on my previous e38 to applying PPF to my g42, they've been able to tackle everything I throw at them for very reasonable prices and time lines. If you have a BMW, take it here. If you need PPF or detailing, take it here. I don't have first hand experience, but judging by the number of other European imports that I've seen on the shop, they seem perfectly capable of handling those too!

Went here and spoke with Matt regarding new tires for my BMW X5 35i. He was very nice and helpful. Checked out my car, let me know there was also a rattle which I had been hearing and that they would have to check out the hoses. They gave me prices on two different types of tires for my oversized wheels. Very reasonable and affordable. And I had already checked out three other places and they were still more reasonably priced. Also spoke with John a couple of times and he was also very nice and helpful and knowledgeable. When you go here they make you feel comfortable doing business with them. I definitely recommend them.

My car started sounding really rough when I was right around the corner from this shop, so I stopped here to see if they could possibly help. They were booked out a couple of weeks, but still bothered to at least see what code my car was spitting out and gave me helpful information regarding my options. My name is Bogdan, and in the beginning of last year, I brought in my 2011 BMW 335D Diesel. Been took on the job changing a cylinder head that I prepped for him. Job was well done, still driving and enjoying the car, expensive???... yes. But accuracy was what I was looking for, a year later and look I'm still driving and enjoying it, was it worth it if you ask me?? Yeah if you are a car person like me, and enjoy driving. Would I ever recommend this shop to my friends? You bet your sweet behind I will.... And did couple of times already. Thank you!!! Been and John for taking care of me.
