First time using the Gig Harbor location and had a great experience. The guys there were all so polite and very accommodating. They explained everything and were very detailed. The waiting area was very clean as well. I will definitely be going back next year.

Kind, Attentive workers who greeted me with their genuine smile! The Waiting room is clean and warm😄Had an oil & filter changed, brake fluid flush, radiator flush, fuel system cleaning , and cabin air filter changed for our 2018 Prius Prime! The manager, Shelby was professional, friendly, and the crew were efficient and timely! I highly recommend the Gig Harbor Jiffy Lube to be the shop for preventative maintenance! Clean, easy and effortless check in/out, and about the best run operation I’ve come across in a place like this - keep it up Katie, Matthew, Blaze, and Darin! The team works well together and I was in and out in minutes, includng topping off the air in my tires. Best spot in town for oil changes done right at a fair price.

Oh my gosh. This was the BEST Jiffy Lube location I’ve ever been to! The crew was super kind, thorough, and explained everything. They worked efficiently on my oil change and had me out in 15 min! This will be my go-to location from now on.
