Same-day service brake and rotor job! We called in at around 8 o’clock, but they opened up at 7am. They said they had cancellation. And kindly asked us if we wanted to bring it in for an inspection, which was free. On arrival, they were very polite and nice to us. It felt like actual customer service imagine that these days! We left the car there in about an hour later they sent us details about the services they offered if we would like to accept a decline any of the services. We checked the ones we want. And they got started and they were finished by 5 pm. Our Subaru sent now brakes like it’s brand new again. If you’re looking for a neighborhood shop, these guys can be trusted. I’m so grateful for the team at Accurate Auto! The whole team is straightforward, knowledgeable and friendly. They helped me solve a longstanding problem that hadn’t been properly diagnosed anywhere else and they stayed in great touch with me at every step along the way. Being able to use their rental while my car was being worked on was also a huge benefit that made things on my end so much easier. Highly recommend!

Best experience I’ve ever had at an auto repair shop. Staff was very friendly and explained all things “car” very well. Went in for brake estimate and came out with the great news that my brakes were fine! They took off the tires and inspected everything, rotated tires, cleaned and adjusted my brakes AND even vacuumed the carpets!! When they were done I was told “ no charge” for the brake inspection. !!! Wow! Made my day, then when I got in my car to leave there was a little treat bag on the seat. Who does that these days?! And my car drove so much better! Needless to say I’ll be taking my car there for every kind of service from now on. Really appreciated their honesty, respectfulness and kindness. Accurate Auto's customer service is an absolute 10. I had a brake light burn out on the right rear of my Toyota Highlander which was inaccessible for me and a friend to get to. I stopped in to ask what the cost would be for them to change it. Joe, the customer service rep at the front desk offered to go out and take a look at it. He tried and also had no luck being able to get the light socket loose. So he asked one of there service people to try and he was able to get it done! I was very pleased with the fact that it could get done without having to remove the entire light assembly from the car. I asked about pricing and he said that it was no charge! Critters attacked the wiring under the hood of our 2016 Acura MDX while parked in front of our house. Second time it's happened. Joe, Mike and the crew at Accurate were able to quickly diagnose the issue and repair it same day. I have full confidence that they were thorough in their analysis and repaired the wiring properly.
