Todd's Automotive

I’ve got a 2016 Honda Fit. Todd’s is very transparent with their findings and my car’s maintenance/repair needs. They never try to sell me on anything. No BS ever. I don’t think I’ve ever had as positive of a customer service experience at any other auto shop as I’ve had here. I go here for oil changes, scheduled maintenance and when my vehicle needs troubleshooting or repairs.

I'm beyond grateful for the exceptional service I received at Todd's Automotive on Pilkington! I recently purchased a vehicle that wouldn't start without a jump, and the team at Todd's went above and beyond to diagnose and fix the issue. Despite the battery being brand new, they persisted in finding the problem and ultimately determined it was the battery itself. Their recommendation to replace it led to a successful resolution, and I've had no issues since. The entire team was professional, empathetic, and dedicated to getting me safely back on the road. I've never cried so much in front of a mechanic team (thanks, Jim!), but their kindness and expertise made all the difference. If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy automotive shop, look no further than Todd's Automotive. Five

This place is my go to for suv repairs as i never take it back as repaired incorrect. It was oil change and reasonably priced and completed in 4 hours while i used the llaner car.

The team at Todd's has done a fantastic job with both of our vehicles. The work is high quality, prices are fair and the recommendations are honest. It's a great alternative from the pricey and pushy experience at a dealership.

I have been looking for a good, honest repair shop for my vehicle. When I walked into the customer service area I was greeted with a friendly greeting. The service person checked me in and arranged for me to have a loaner vehicle while mine was being serviced. The waiting area looked as good as most Doctor's offices, only they had magazines and books neatly arranged for those waiting. My vehicle was ready faster then they had quoted me and the whole process was really smooth. I was really impressed. They have better pricing than other places I had checked and I plan to use them again.
