Grimm's Service

I can’t say enough good things about Grimm’s Service. Their customer service truly goes above and beyond what you’d expect from a gas station or repair shop. I had a flat tire at the end of a long day while trying to get my cat to the vet. They were ready for me as soon as I pulled up and got to work right away. While they handled everything, a family member was able to drive me to the nearby vet clinic so I wouldn’t miss the appointment. They turned what could have been an incredibly stressful situation into something easy breezy. I’m so grateful for their efficiency, kindness, and willingness to jump in and help without hesitation. Highly recommend!

I’ve been bringing my car to Grimms for years because they do a great and thorough job, are honest and the prices are incredibly reasonable. Everyone in my family also brings their cars to Grimms for the same reasons. They’re the best!

Showed up unannounced in the middle of the day and my issue was fixed a few hours later. Tia and Mark are amazing and gave such a great price. Happy to have found a local shop I can trust :)

After multiple attempts to replace a wiper motor, arms, and blades, my son & I were unable to correctly synchronize the arms to correctly wipe the windshield. We took the vehicle in, and Grimm's promptly got us in (same day), and correctly synchronized wipers, replaced blades, and oil change w/one hour. Price including new wiper blades & oil change was extremely fair. Great neighborhood mechanic & staff. Strongly recommend.

We had the best experience with Grimm’s. Our jeep had an elusive AC leak the dealer could not find (6 tries). Talked to Grimm’s and took them the car. First diagnosis solved the problem. I appreciated that they took the time to think through what it could be and get the solution. We have always appreciated Grimm’s throughout the years but this great service deserves a 5/star rating 🙌
