These people have the best demeanor I've EVER experienced at any vehicle repair shop/dealership. They're super nice, relatively fast work completion and very accommodating. We took our Cadillac CT-6 in and had the transmission and torque converter replaced. From start to finish, the entire process was performed extremely professionally. Ron (Services Manager) is extremely experienced and knowledgeable, and maintained a strong level of daily communication the entire way. Chase (Owner) is very connected with every job that comes in and he performs a final inspection of the work done before any job leaves their shop. My husband and I have used Accurate many times and have always been pleased with the work and repairs that were done. I took my SUV in for an oil change service and tire rotation. A couple of small issues were found and addressed, also was told that my battery was bad and I should address that, I told them that I had purchased the battery about 1 year ago and was told to return to the place I purchased the battery as it should still be under warranty, I went to the auto parts store and was told there was nothing wrong with the battery. I called Ron at Accurate and told him that the auto parts were telling me the battery was good even when showing my receipt from Accurate showing the testing, Ron spoke to the person at the store and was told the same thing by the store.
