Advanced Towing

I cant thank this company enough, its Thanksgiving eve and my tire separated and I was stuck on the side of the road with my daughter, I called advanced towing stressed and full of anxiety, the gentleman on the phone was so understanding and kind and sweet made me feel so good, and only waited 10 min and the driver arrived, the drivers name was brett and he was also so kind made me laugh and just lifted me spirits in a crappy situation, I give the. 100/100 highly recommend if you have an unfortunate situation and need a tow, they were priced reasonably and honestly I am again very greatful thank you advanced towing happy Thanksgiving

My husband had his Mustang towed from Inverness to Tampa (VIA AAA who got this company to come tow) Tow truck plate D1884C Just to clarify, this was from a friend’s house to my mother’s property/house, which is where we are currently residing temporarily. When the tow truck driver picked up the car, the driver noted that the window was down. Unfortunately the battery was dead in the car. We are unable to lower it up, but he said OK. He then drove off with the car about two minutes later called my husband saying he was taking his truck through a car wash. Of course, my husband reminded him that the window was down in the car And the tow truck driver said that the car would not be touched by any kind of water.. Though I thought it was pretty odd that a tow truck driver would on a job take

It was a AAA call and Michael was able to get us back on the road within 30 minutes of us calling. Fast, efficient, polite and professional. I will absolutely use them if I a pinch again!!!

Alex was great! I called for a tow and he was there in less than 10 minutes. He was extremely efficient and friendly and the best price around!!! I will be using him and recommending him to anyone who needs a tow! Thank you so much Alex!

My daughter broke down in an unfamiliar area and I went to be with her until the tow truck came for comfort and safety. Long story short. We were still along side the road 3 1/2 hours later waiting on a tow from a different company who was originally assigned our case. My daughter called Advanced and told Lance what was going on. He immediately got on the phone with Triple A and got the ball rolling! He had his guy out there asap! Two women at dark along side the road in unfamiliar surroundings is scary. Joshua came to our rescue. Once he got there he made sure we were safe and said he had everything under control and told us to go home. ❤️ Thank you so very much Lance and Joshua for everything.
